I served on the U.S.S. Lexington with Tom and trained him in the RATT room of the radio division in the fall of 1966. His bunk was across from mine so we were always laughing and making fun of others. the way sailors do. We went out on the town a few times and raised Hell. We were so young and brazen and had a lot of laughs. These were great times that I've never forgotten.
