Bobby and I started Boy Scouts together, as our dads were the scout leaders. We had great times there, camping and meetings, eventually rising as leaders within the troop together. I remember we both received our calls to Order of the Arrow on a camping trip at Camp Wisdom near Waco. Were were close friends until our lives took different paths after graduation South Oak Cliff High School in 1961. I regret that I didn't do more to stay in touch. God bless all who lolved him in their grief.
