Vicente Munoz, Jr. was born on September 25, 1948 in San Angelo, TX. He graduated from Lake View High School and attended Angelo State University. In 1993, he moved to Flower Mound, TX with Verizon. He thoroughly enjoyed his time working for GTE and Verizon. It was evident by the lifelong friendships he made throughout the years.

Vicente was a loving husband and a wonderful father. He married Maria "Terri" Torres Munoz in 1970 and they had 3 children together. They recently celebrated 48 years of marriage and their love was very evident to everyone around them. After retirement, he enjoyed spending time with his family and creating lasting memories. He would attend his grandchildren's activities and was very proud of their accomplishments. At home, he loved cooking and trying new recipes. He stayed busy with the upkeep of his pool and rosebushes.  Vicente was a big fan of the Dallas Cowboys. Everybody loved his warm, loving personality. He had a shy boyish smile and beautiful, sparkling, hazel eyes. His family and friends will remember him as a man of very few words but when he spoke his words were very meaningful.

A mass is scheduled for Vicente Munoz, Jr. on January 26th at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery.
