Bill Foley was an artist in every sense of the word. From his amazing works of art to his elegant
description of his wartime experience, he had an ability to touch people. His devotion to his
dear Nadia was matched only by his unselfish approach to life and the sharing of his many talents. I am thankful for having known him.
