Obituary of Desmina Suzette Hoang-Davis
Desmina Suzette Hoang-Davis, of Fort Worth, Texas, age 14, left Earth on January 7th. She was born September 6th, 2004 to Fred Davis and Cynthia Hoang in Denton Texas.
Dez valiantly fought her battle with neuroblastoma. She was surrounded with love and light from by many people. She left in peace and took her final breath at Cook Children's Hospital at 6:05 PM.
Dez will be remembered by her strong personality, her unyielding morality, and dark sense of humor. She organized bake sales to help raise funds for her social causes. She was always the first to speak up when she felt someone was being hurt. And she was never afraid to give you a piece of her mind, whether it be with her teachers, her family, or even the doctors and nurses. She had a penchant for horror and would often prank her nurses with jump scares using her Chucky doll. Dez loved all her friends at Cooks. She had deep converations with nurses, doctors, and parents. She was often seen playing with the younger children, acting as a mentor and reassuring that everything would be okay. She loved pandas and was never without her panda, Jack the Panda King.
Dez was one of the brightest stars who impacted so many people. She will leave an imprint on everyone who knew and loved her. She has taught us all so much: selflessness
kindness, and unconditional love. She will be remembered and loved always. She is survived by her mother Cynthia, her father Fred, her brother Bodhi, her step-father, Jason and her pets, Tilly, Roscoe, Chuy, Dinosaur, Leeloo, and Honey Bee.
Her services will be January 26th at 11:00am at Tarrant County College.
