Obituary of Christopher Chad Moses

Christopher Chad Moses, Chad Moses, of Carrollton, Texas, Newman Smith HS class of 1991died in the care of hospice in Dallas, Texas, after a long illness,  January 3rd, 2019.   Congestive Heart failure from complications of sychodosis was the cause of death.  Chad was preceded in death by his loving parents, Jack and Donna Moses of Carrollton, Texas, as well as grandparents Sue and James Conway of Farmers Branch, Texas.He is survived by his uncles, Rick Conway and family  of Carthage, Texas; Jerry Conway and family of Carrollton, Texas, and Derrell Conway and family of Carrollton, Texas.

Chad was a proud member of the Carrollton South Zone Little League All Star team that finished 3rd in state in the Little League 
World Series in 1984, serving as a pitcher and infielder.    Later he worked as a hospital equipment supply rep at a firm in Carrollton.   His memorial service will be February 9th, 2019, at Merit Memorial Funeral and Cremation Care, in Farmers Branch, Texas, at 1 p.m.  All are welcome and encouraged to attend the memorial to celebrate the life of Chad.
