Norma was sweet and so welcoming as our receptionist. She had this wonderful knack of remembering even small details of employees, friends and visitors. Norma's "Oma" persona was especially felt with everyone. Or maybe I just saw it that way. She carried her position with much grace, professionalism and LUV'd SWA and Herb and Colleen. We developed a special bond between us and her family that we still share even now. I will miss her greatly. I am grateful for the privilege and blessing of having her and her family in my life. Rest in peace with Charlie, Jr. Love you. Glo ❤️
