Obituary of Karen Parada

Karen Carolina Parada also known as Karen Araya Alcaíno, of Allen, Texas, passed away on December 30th, 2021, in Plano, Texas.
Karen was born in Iquique, Chile to Jaime Araya Encina and Sabina Alcaíno Olivares. She graduated from San Marino High School.
Karen married the love of her life Cristóbal Andrés Parada Baeza on October 28th 2017 in Dallas Texas. She was an active member of the DFW - Chilean Club and participated actively as a volunteer. She also worked for many years for Casa Linda UMC, Oak Cliff UMC, and Tyler Steet Church.
She is preceded in death by María Helena Alcaíno Olivares.
Karen is survived by her husband Cristóbal Parada Baeza, her children Sean Salas Araya and Katherine Andrea Parada, her brothers Jimmy and Ronald Araya Alcaíno, and her parents Jaime Araya Encina and Sabina Alcaíno Olivares.
Memorial services will be officiated by Pastor Edgar Bazán, at 7 PM, January 3rd 2022 at Tyler Street Church, located at 927 W Tenth St, Dallas Texas 75208. No burial services are arranged at this time.
