Obituary of Penny Lynn Joiner Dickson

Penny Lynn Joiner Dickson passed away November 24, 2021, after a long battle with diabetes. She was born February 15, 1952, in Muskogee County, Georgia, the daughter of William Leary Joiner and Eunice Daves Joiner. She graduated from Baker High School in Columbus, Georgia. Also studied accounting and finance at the university of Alabama. Penny moved to Dallas, Texas in 1978. She married Noel Lee Dickson, February 11, 1994, in Collin County, Texas. They made their home in Frisco for more than 27 years. Penny worked for Pepsi Cola, Block Buster, and Keybank Real Estate before retiring. She will be missed by her "girls", Logan, Amanda, Missy, and Harley Jo. Survivors include her husband, Noel Lee Dickson, stepdaughter Kathryn Foster, sister-in-law Monty German and family and brother-in0law Bill Dickson and family. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister. Noel would like to thank the ladies at Three Oaks Hospice for their loving care during Penny's long illness.
