Steven Douglas Whiteside was born on January 10, 1950 in Greenville, Mississippi. He went home to be with the Lord on July 15, 2021.
Memorial will be held at Lavon Drive Baptist Church in Garland, Tx.
Visitation will be at 1:00 pm with service following at 2:00 pm.
He is survived by his main care-givers daughter Jennifer Williford, son-in-law Carl Williford, his buddy and grandson Rayden Allen Williford, and his ex-wife Vickie Whiteside. Other surviving children include his daughter Angela and husband John Wilson, daughter Marissa and husband Matt Hicks, and son Brad Whiteside and wife Sara.
Steve's also survived by his grandchildren Robert, Savannah, Madisyn and Marlow & great-granddaughter Addison.
Steve's surviving siblings are his brother John Whiteside and wife Jeannine, sister Susie and husband Ruben Araiza. As well as several nieces, nephews & their children. Preceded in death by son Ricky Whiteside, dad John Whiteside, mom Lois Rickhoff, and sister Peggy Tobia.
