Obituary of Karter Marquett Kemp

"Karter Marquett Kemp, age 6 of Dallas, Texas gained his angel wings on June 14, 2021 after a courageous battle with brain cancer. Karter had a strong love for videos games, his favorite being Fortnite and knew every dinosaur you could think of. Macaroni and cheese was his favorite food and would eat everyday if he could! He had a personality that was sure to leave a mark on your heart, he is definitely unforgettable! Beyond smart and very goofy. He literally danced up till the day he became with the Lord. Karter was a beacon of light and has a heart of gold. He is definitely watching over all of his loved ones. Karter was survived by his parents, brothers, grandparents, uncles and aunts, and many cousins and friends. He will be buried at Rolling Oaks Cemetery on Friday, June 18, 2021 at 1:30 PM. Visitors are welcomed. The family would love to thank the doctors, nurses, and staff at Children’s Medical Center Dallas that cared for Karter during his battle with cancer. We also would like to thank everyone for their support, kindness and prayers. They truly worked."
