Elisa Chong Romo, 91, of Melissa, Texas, passed away on June 2, 2021 peacefully at home.
Graveside service will be held at Forest Lawn Cemetery, 10977 Harry Hines Blvd, Dallas, TX 75220 on Friday, June 4, 2021 at 2:00 pm with CoPastor Guadalupe Delgado of Church of God (Seventh Day) officiating.
Elisa C Romo was born in Santa Barbara, Chihuahua, Mexico to Manuel Chong and Felicitas Cano on November 5, 1929. She was a faithful member of the Church of God (Seventh Day) since 1970. She was baptized in the Name of our Lord Jesus in 1971. She was also a faithful contributor to the Orphans and Widows program of the Church of God (Seventh Day).
Elisa is survived by her two sons, Raul Romo of Dallas, and Luis Romo of Houston, and two brothers Raul Chong and Ruben Chong, and sister Emma Chong de Ortega, and five grandchildren Benjamin Romo, Jonathan Romo, Alexis Romo, Nathan Romo, and Kelly Romo. She is preceded in death by her Husband Raul Romo Sr.
