Obituary of Mary Ann Terrell

Mary Ann Terrell Age 82 Born Dec. 10, 1938, to Russ and Mary Gorman Plano, Texas MaryAnn went to join the Lord on May 17, 2021; after a long battle with Alzheimer’s. She was born and raised in Salina, Kansas, and attended high school at Sacred Heart High School. She married Myron Meier on Jan. 12, 1957, in Salina, Kansas; with whom she shared five children. MaryAnn was a naval officer’s wife throughout her young adult life and traveled all over the United States. She moved to Waco, Texas in 1981 and opened her own fashion boutique called My Fair Lady which she operated for nearly a decade. She always had refined tastes in everything she did and used her talents to help others define their style. She remarried later in life to Wallace Terrell in October of 2001. They shared a love of gardening and the ocean which led them on many adventures throughout their time together. MaryAnn was the love of Wally’s life and cared for her during her long battle with Alzheimer’s. MaryAnn was proceeded in death by her sister Patty, and son David. She is survived by her husband Wally; children Laura Meier-Marx and her husband Greg of Hewitt, Texas; Russ Meier and his wife Pattie of Hewitt, Texas; Lisa LeBlanc and her husband Daniel of Farmersville, Texas; Mary Clarkson and her husband Roger of Waco, Texas; twenty grandchildren, and twenty great-grandchildren. The family would like to thank Faith Presbyterian Hospice facility at Medical City for their unwavering and compassionate care during Mary Ann’s last days.
