Stemmons Fwy Dallas TX 75234 on March 4th, 2021 with reverend William of Nuestra Señora del Pilar officiating. Visitations will be held at 12801 N. Stemmons Fwy Dallas TX 75234 on March 4th, 2021 from 2-6 PM. Merit Memorial will be handling the funeral arrangements. Victor was born in Nuevo Laredo Tamaulipas, to Jesus Llanos & Evelia Gallardo on December 9th, 1971 Victor is survived by his wife Sofia D. Llanos of Guayaquil, Ecuador.
