if Scott were your friend
He would be all the friend you need. Over the years I’ve seen Scott’s friend ship play out this way on several occasions, demonstrating a love for his fellow man
In line with the God’s word.

We have known Scott and Cindy for about 15 years. I was blessed to meet Scott at Raytheon in Garland. We had lunch together many times over the years. My wife and I visited Scott and Cindy at various places they lived - Powderly, McKinney, and Aurora. I fondly remember several times I was travelling to Aurora to work on proposals; it was always a great joy for me to visit with Scott and Cindy and have dinner with them. I will miss him a great deal. He had a gentle kindness and big heart - the likes of which I've rarely seen. Scott was so kind - he would do anything for a friend within his capability. Scott also had a great sense of humor and he loved life. It has been our honor to have known Scott. Our prayers are with Cindy, Christa, and Jared. May God's healing love lift them and bless them now and always.

Scott was a gracious and good friend for a long time. I am going to miss him very much and do have fond memories of him. I wish we would have fished together more, but I could not keep up with him. He was a proud person that boasted about his family a lot.

I had the pleasure of knowing and working with Scott for many years. Like most everyone, we fished together as well. He was a great friend who I was blessed to know.

I met Scott 4 years ago at a State sponsored deer hunt. He walked up to introduce himself and asked me if I liked to fish. We became friends after that and fished together on multiple occasions. Scott was one of those people who would brighten up a room when he walked in. He was always in a good mood, smiling, and excited to see you. He was a genuine good person, and he will be missed.

Met Scott at a retirement gathering. Mrs. Robinson is right, about Scott and his love for fishing. Before I knew it we were talking about fishing and planning a trip. Two weeks later we were fishing at Lake Fork and catching fish. In that short time we became friends. I will miss him. REST IN PEACE MY FRIEND.

I met Scott while working at Raytheon (Garland, TX) in 2007. From that moment we begun a friendship that has never been broken, until 10/16/2020 when Scott passed.
Scott was my best fishing buddy whom I enjoyed fishing with on numerous occasions at Lake Fork (Emory, TX). We last fished together in July 2020, where he hounded me about retiring (unfortunately not old enough yet) so we could fish everyday; something I was really looking forward to doing.
Scott was Special and if you ever had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know him, you made a caring and lifelong friend. Nobody was ever a stranger to him. And it seem like he knew everybody!
Scott survived a series of strokes which caused partial memory loss, but that never stopped him from fishing; or telling the same “tall tales.” They were hilarious, even the ones about me, and must of been true because he told them over and over; nor did I ever get tired of listening to them.
If you ever went fishing with Scott and he would tell you, “we are going to catch some fish today,” and you better believed him!
My heart goes out to his family (Wife - Cindy, Son - Jerad, and Daughter - Christa) numerous friends, and former coworkers because Scott is going to be truly missed.
Rest In Peace Buddy.
