James was born Sept 18, 1959, in Mexico, MO., to Jim and Shirley Fulton. He moved with his family to Texas in 1974. He married Marsha Elaine Holbert and was heard to say, he loved her so much he married her twice. He worked in banking, shipping, and golf but his most loved work was at Grayson County Golf Course. He was a graduate of Grayson County College in Computer Science and Accounting. He enjoyed working with computers, playing fantasy-sports, and watching his fur-babies play. He was a gentleman to his core. A gentle giant, some would say. This great man was my hero as he struggled through each day and he lives on in the center of my heart as one of the greatest men I have ever known. I am blessed beyond measure to have known him and to have shared my life with him.
