Jesse Charles McIntosh, 89, of Dallas, Texas, passed away on September 20, 2021, at home in Dallas, Texas. Mr. McIntosh was born in Angelina County, Texas to the late Jesse and Lela Bell (Williams) on September 28, 1931. He attended high school at Lufkin High School, where he played football and graduated in 1950. He went on to graduate from Stephen F. Austin. He married Marie Brown in 1954. He served in the United States Marine Corps during the Korean Conflict. He was a teacher and coach in El Paso, Texas with the El Paso Independent School District. He went on to become an Administrator with the El Paso Independent School District. He enjoyed hunting, golfing, fishing with his friends Robert McDonald and the Rice Brothers of Lufkin, Texas. He is survived by his daughter Madeline McIntosh of Dallas, Texas and his son Jonathon McIntosh. He is predeceased by his wife Marie McIntosh and his son Joseph McIntosh. Funeral Service and burial will be held at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway Dallas, TX 75211 on October 4, 2021, at 11:15 a.m., with Chaplain Chris Pope. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to Dignity Hospice and Merit Funeral Home.
